Tatsu

An upcoming character in my fan comic, Dragon Ball Burning Ambition. His former look just wasn't setting in right ~ [link] So I changed him and his name. I actually like the way I colored him, simple and cool. He is the assistant of Akira Kiji [link] and helps her with her news anchor profession.

I'm submitting him in 's OC contest for the upcoming tournament in his comic, Dragon Ball New Age. Hopefully he'll be accepted, but it's okay if he's not.
